The History Department offers a Masters Degree program in English for students of various disciplines. Areas of study include Turkic, Ottoman, Modern Turkish, Eastern Mediterranean and Middle Eastern studies.
In order to graduate from the masters program without thesis, the candidates are required to complete 36 credits. Those who are not admitted to the masters program with thesis can graduate the program by taking an additional elective course in lieu of HIST 502 course, along with four additional elective courses.
