In order to obtain the Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering, students must fulfill the qualification requirements in accordance with the Regulations of Graduate Education of Yeditepe University and relevant national legislation.
Students are required to:
Successfully complete the required coursework and credit load defined in the doctoral program,
Fulfill the minimum course and ECTS requirements to be eligible for the doctoral qualification examination,
Pass the doctoral qualification examination,
Successfully defend an approved Ph.D. thesis proposal before the designated committee,
Conduct the doctoral research in compliance with scientific research and publication ethics,
Successfully defend the doctoral dissertation before a duly appointed jury.
Throughout the program, students are expected to comply with the principles of academic integrity, scientific ethics, and all relevant university regulations. Students who successfully fulfill all qualification requirements are awarded the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Chemical Engineering.
