A student who wishes to enroll in the program must complete the procedures or pass the examinations determined by ÖSYM, within the framework of the university's academic and legal regulations. A student who has started studying in an equivalent program either in Turkey or abroad may apply for a transfer. Each application is reviewed and evaluated individually before the semester begins, taking into account the applicant’s qualifications and the degree level applied for. Incoming students from abroad, within the scope of student exchange programs approved by the university and defined by formal agreements, may attend courses offered in German. If the student has sufficient proficiency in Turkish, they may also register for any Turkish-language course listed in the Curriculum.
