Specific Admission Requirements

For Turkish Students;

High school diploma
Achieving a sufficient score on the university entrance exam administered by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM)
Not being enrolled in another higher education institution
Central placement is carried out by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM).

For Foreign Students;
Explanations regarding applications and application dates are announced on the university website. Applications are made by mail or in person to the University Student Affairs Office within the specified dates. Candidates can choose up to 3 departments and fill out a preference form in their application.

Placement is based on national and international exams and the minimum scores obtained in these exams. The results of exams equivalent to high school graduation exams (Abitur, International Baccalaureate, GCE, Tawjihi, etc.) are valid indefinitely. However, the validity period of university entrance exams (SAT, TCS, etc.) is limited to two years. Applications are evaluated by the University's Foreign Student Admission Committee.

For Exchange Students:

The student must be a full-time student at their home university. There must be an inter-institutional agreement between the student's university and Yeditepe University. The university must nominate the student as a candidate for the relevant exchange program through official channels. The student's home university sends the application documents to the University's Office of International Relations. Applications are evaluated by the relevant department and the Office of International Relations.
