Admission Requirements for Yeditepe University

For Turkish Students

Turkish students are placed according to the Central Placement Exam (TYT / AYT)determined by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM).

For International Students

Statements regarding applications and application deadlines are announced on the YTÜ (Yeditepe University) website. Applications must be made in person or by mail to the YTÜ Directorate of Student Affairs within the specified dates. Candidates may select a maximum of 3 departments and must fill out one preference form during application.

Placement is based on national and international examinations and the minimum scores obtained in these examinations. The validity of examinations classified as high school graduation exams (Abitur, International Baccalaureate, GCE, Tawjihi, etc.) is indefinite. However, the validity of examinations classified as university entrance exams (SAT, TCS, etc.) is limited to two years.

Applications are evaluated by the YTÜ International Student Admission Commission. For detailed information, the website of the International Admissions Office should be followed.

For Exchange Students

The student must be a full-time student at their home university.
There must be an inter-institutional agreement between the student's home university and Yeditepe University.
The home university must officially nominate the student as a candidate for the relevant exchange program.
The student's home university sends the application documents to the YTÜ International Relations Office.
Applications are evaluated by the relevant department and the International Relations Office.
