In addition to the Physics, Electrical/Electronics, and Computer Laboratories used by all departments of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, the Department of Materials Science and Nanotechnology Engineering has three laboratories: The Materials Science and Nanotechnology Engineering Department Laboratory contains a cutting machine, a grinding and polishing machine, an optical microscope, a furnace, and a hardness testing machine. The Characterization Laboratory contains TGA, DLS, and FTIR devices. The High Temperature Processes Laboratory contains furnaces capable of reaching high temperatures, as well as experimental and measurement systems.
