Students’ previous education prior to their admission to the undergraduate program is recognized in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and under the coordination of the Transfer Courses Committee.
Courses previously completed at other universities are recognized and recorded in the student’s transcript, provided that they are deemed compatible with the respective program by the Transfer Courses Committee.
Students who are admitted through transfer are first required to take the English Proficiency Exam.
Students who have received foreign language education in any formal, non-formal, or informal learning environment prior to their admission to undergraduate or graduate programs at Yeditepe University may be exempted from the preparatory language program if they pass the proficiency exam.
