Our graduates work in various state institutions—primarily in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of the Interior—as well as in academic institutions, international private companies, and research organizations operating in sectors such as media, finance, foreign affairs, and foreign trade.
While some of our alumni are employed in ministries and other public institutions, others work in different departments of French companies based in Turkey or France, and in international corporations of other origins in areas such as foreign relations, public relations, human resources, logistics, import-export, marketing, and media. A number of our graduates have also pursued postgraduate studies at prestigious universities in Turkey and abroad, choosing to continue their careers in academia.
Among our 2021 graduates, Doğukan İşlek, who also completed a double major in Economics, received his master’s degree in Finance from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle and IESEG School of Management, and has been working as a Performance Manager at QSRP, a French company, since 2025. Another graduate, Tevfik Karpuzcu, completed his master’s degree in our department and earned his PhD in International Relations in 2024. He is currently working as a Senior Liaison and Policy Officer at the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the United Nations’ agency in Ankara.
Our graduates Ayşe Betül Nuhoğlu Korkut and Nihan Kocaman Mert are currently pursuing their doctoral studies within our university while working as research assistants in our department. Moreover, our Department Chair, Prof. Dr. Gökçe Bayındır Goularas, is also among the distinguished alumni of our program.
