ARTICLE 11 – (1) For vertical transfers, the provisions of the Regulation on the Continuation of Associate Degree Graduates of Vocational Schools and Open Education Programs to Undergraduate Education, published in the Official Gazette dated February 19, 2002, numbered 24676, shall apply.
In addition, graduates can continue their undergraduate or vocational education in German-language educational institutions by applying for equivalency of their degrees.
