To hold a bachelor’s degree from a nationally or internationally recognized higher education institution.
For Master’s programs with thesis, to have a minimum score of 55 from any ALES score type (valid for five years).
For exemption from the English proficiency exam, to have one of the following:
A minimum score of 55 from YÖKDİL, YDS, or e-YDS taken within the last five years, or
A minimum score of 66 from TOEFL iBT taken within the last two years, or
Graduation from an undergraduate program where the medium of instruction is 100% English.
