Candidates who have completed any master's program can apply to the program. Candidates applying to the program must meet the foreign language requirement determined by the relevant institute and the required scores in the exams administered by YÖK for postgraduate education. Candidates who meet the application requirements are accepted into the program according to the results of the science exam to be held by the department. If necessary, candidates who are eligible to enroll in the program will be given scientific preparation courses that the branch of science deems appropriate.
