The recognition of prior formal (organized) learning in Turkish higher education institutions, as well as vertical, horizontal, and intra-university transfers, is carried out in accordance with the principles set forth in Article 5, “Admission of Students through Horizontal Transfer,” of the Regulation on Graduate Education and Training established by the Council of Higher Education.
These procedures are implemented within the framework of the “Basic Principles and Regulations for Horizontal Transfer to Graduate Programs,” approved by the Senate of Yeditepe University.
