Educational Aim of the Program
The purpose of the Master's Program in Education Management and Supervision is to train experts who are scientifically knowledgeable, capable of critical thinking, able to conduct research, and capable of producing solutions tailored to the needs of the education system in the areas of education institution management, leadership, and supervision. The program aims to provide theoretical and practical competencies that will contribute to the effective, efficient, and ethical management of educational organizations.

Educational Objectives of the Program
The primary objective of the program is to produce graduates who are competent in the field of education management and supervision at the national and international levels, possess well-developed leadership skills, are capable of analyzing education policies, and can conduct scientific research. Graduates are expected to contribute academically and practically to improving the quality of the education system.
