The program is open to applicants who have graduated from undergraduate programs that train teachers, as well as those with a four-year undergraduate degree who are working in the field of education and meet the requirements for teaching. Applicants to thesis-based master's programs must meet the foreign language requirements specified by the relevant institute and obtain the required scores on the exams specified by the Higher Education Council. For non-thesis programs, the application requirements are determined according to the relevant regulations of the university. Scientific preparation courses may be required in certain cases.
