The recognition of prior formal (structured) learning, vertical and horizontal transfers, and transfers within the university in Turkish higher education institutions are carried out in accordance with Article 5, “Admission of Students via Horizontal Transfer,” of the “Graduate Education and Training Regulations” established by the Council of Higher Education, and within the framework of the “Fundamental Principles and Rules for Horizontal Transfer to Graduate Programs” approved by the Yeditepe University Senate.
