Recognition of prior learning in the doctoral program is conducted in accordance with the regulations of the university and the Council of Higher Education (YÖK). Courses successfully completed at the master’s level may be considered based on content and competency alignment, subject to the approval of the Institute Administrative Board. Non-formal and informal learning outcomes may be evaluated through documentation, academic work, portfolios, and evidence of scholarly competence based on learning outcomes.
