Hold a Bachelor's degree from a domestic or international institution with recognized equivalency.
To be exempt from the English language proficiency exam, candidates must meet one of the following criteria: hold a minimum score of 55 from YÖKDİL, YDS, or e-YDS taken within the last five years; hold a minimum score of 66 from TOEFL iBT taken within the last two years; or have graduated from a Bachelor's degree program where the medium of instruction is 100% English.
