Holding a master’s degree from a nationally or internationally recognized higher education institution.
For PhD programs, having a minimum score of 55 in any ALES score type (valid for five years).
For English language proficiency, having at least 55 from YDS, YÖKDİL, or E-YDS taken within the last five years, or at least 66 from TOEFL IBT taken within the last two years.
