1It acquires knowledge aimed at examining the Turkish language from phonological, phonetic, morphological, syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic perspectives.
2It achieves the ability to use Turkish in a clear and effective manner.
3It evaluates literary texts from the beginning of the Turkish language to the present day both from a philological perspective and in light of contemporary literary and linguistic theories, comparing them with Eastern and Western literatures and offering criticism.
4It gains knowledge about related disciplines that form the foundations of language and literature theories; acquires the ability to read and analyze across disciplines.
5It acquires the fundamental knowledge and skills to conduct academic-level research in their field; utilizes information technologies that enable them to follow current research and developments presented on an international platform.
6As an individual or as a member of a working group, identifies and describes practical and/or theoretical problems encountered in the field of Turkish Language and Literature, and produces solutions to these problems based on concrete data; shares and discusses their data and solutions with other experts in the field in national and/or international settings.
