2	To apply anamnesis, examination and auxiliary diagnostic methods for the diagnosis of oral diseases and to understand the relationship between the systemic disease and the dental treatment plan in infants, children, and adolescents.
3	To interpret diseases affecting oral health, signs and symptoms, differential diagnosis and treatment.
4	To integrate basic medical sciences with clinical sciences and utilizing this information in all stages of dental treatment.
5	To communicate with children regarding their stage of mental development and to perform behaviour management strategies.

10	To perform preventive oral health care programs regarding the systemic status and caries risk in children.
11	To perform oral health surveillance programs in schools, and to apply community-based preventive oral health care programs.
