To be able to independently carry out a study requiring specialization in the field. To be able to develop new strategic approaches for solving complex and unforeseen problems encountered in applications related to the field and to produce solutions by taking responsibility. To be able to lead in environments that require solving problems related to the field.	To be able to design, propose solutions, solve problems, evaluate the results obtained and apply them when necessary in issues requiring expertise in the field of health. Develops solution proposals in case of encountering unforeseen complex situations in the field of health and produces solutions by taking responsibility. Carries out studies related to the field of health independently and / or as a team. Publishes a scientific article in a national journal or presents it at a scientific meeting. Conducts scientific clinical and/or descriptive research/presentation/publication on priority issues related to the field and public health.
